Buckeye Transportation Solutions — Giveaway Rules

Thank you for your interest in the Buckeye Transportation Solutions Weekend Rental Giveaway.
Please review the following rules and conditions before entering.

1. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet all standard rental eligibility requirements.

• Open to Ohio residents only.

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Buckeye Transportation Solutions are not eligible to win.

• Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete both of the following steps:

1. Engage on social media:
   Like and comment on the official Buckeye Transportation Solutions giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.

2. Submit the entry form:
   Complete the giveaway entry form at drivewithbuckeye.com/giveaway with your name, email, and phone number.

No purchase is necessary. Both steps must be completed to qualify for the prize.

3. Bonus Entry (Optional)

Participants may earn one (1) additional bonus entry by following @BuckeyeTransportationSolutions on Instagram.

Following is optional and not required to enter or win.
Bonus entries are counted equally in the random drawing and do not affect the fairness or odds of winning.

4. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive a complimentary weekend rental (Friday–Sunday) from Buckeye Transportation Solutions.

• Winner may choose from available models at the time of booking (Chevy Tahoe LT, Mercedes C300, or Audi Q7).

• Fuel and standard mileage are included — the winner will not be charged for gas or miles driven within normal weekend use.

• Vehicle delivery and pickup are included anywhere within the Columbus, Ohio metro area.

• Approximate retail value: $400–$600 USD.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The drawing will occur within 72 hours after the giveaway closing date.

• The winner will be contacted directly by our official account via email, SMS, or direct message.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

• Buckeye Transportation Solutions reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

6. Publicity and Rights

By entering, participants grant Buckeye Transportation Solutions the right to use their name, likeness, or entry for promotional purposes, including social-media announcements, without additional compensation.

7. Data Privacy and Communications

By submitting your entry, you consent to receive occasional email and SMS communications from Buckeye Transportation Solutions regarding promotions, updates, and giveaways.
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Legal Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
By entering, you release Meta and Buckeye Transportation Solutions from any liability related to participation, prize fulfillment, or use of the prize.

Buckeye Transportation Solutions reserves the right to adjust or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
